The Route 16 is a bus route.
The Route 16 begins at Cheltenham and Ogontz. It then travels southeast on Cheltenham Avenue until it hits Broad Street - at which point it begins to travel south. It goes through North Philly - with stops on Temple University's campus as well as at Olney Transportation Center until it reaches its terminus [or final stop] City Hall.
This route is a great option for students coming from Temple into Center City!
Connections at Suburban Station and City Hall: Regional Rail, Market-Frankford Line, Broad Street Line, and Bus Routes 2, 4, 17, 27, 31, 32, 33, 38, 44, 48, 62, and 124, 125 as well as Trolley Routes 10, 11, 13, 34, and 36.
