What does this mean for you? Another fabulous way to navigate the city - FOR FREE - if you have a SEPTA Key card, weekly/monthly TransPass or TrailPass, or a One Day Independence Pass!
Not familiar with the Philly PHLASH® Downtown Loop? The PHLASH® is a visitor-friendly public transit service managed by the Independence Visitor Center Corporation (IVCC), a Pennsylvania nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization, which operates in cooperation with the National Park Service, Visit Philadelphia, Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, the City of Philadelphia, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The IVCC manages the Independence Visitor Center, the official visitor center for Greater Philadelphia and primary point of orientation for Independence National Historical Park; and City Hall Visitor Center. PHLASH® vehicle service is provided by Krapf’s Coaches.
PHLASH® stops near Penn’s Landing, National Museum of Jewish American History, the Barnes Foundation, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Rodin Museum, the Perelman Building, Eastern State Penitentiary, The Franklin Institute, the National Constitution Center, the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Reading Terminal Market, the Shops at Liberty Place, the Please Touch Museum, the Philadelphia Zoo, One Liberty Observation Deck, the Museum of the American Revolution and the Mütter Museum.

March 28 – April 28: Weekend service (Friday – Sunday); Runs Every 15 minutes from 10a — 6p
May 1 – September 2: Daily Service; Runs Every 15 minutes from 10a — 6
September 6 – November 24: Weekend service (Friday – Sunday); Runs Every 15 minutes from 10a — 6p
November 29 – December 30: Daily Service; Runs Every 15 minutes from 10a — 6p
No service Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Eve. Special programming and services provided by PHLASH® will be announced throughout the season.

New for 2019: Riders can take advantage of a new tool this season:
Text Alert System: PHLASH is activating a text message alert system through Everbridge Nixle. Riders can text the word PHLASH to 333-111 to opt-in to receive text alerts about service updates in real-time, including delays and detours along the route. Riders can opt out at any time by simply texting the word STOP.
