PHLASH Returns March 29 with Free Rides

The Philly PHLASH® Downtown Loop will be begin service on Thursday, 3/29, marking 24 years of the seasonal transit loop in operation. Everyone rides FREE opening day from 10a – 6p!

PHLASH will run Friday – Sunday through April 29. Daily service kicks off May 1. For only $2 per ride or $5 all day, PHLASH is a convenient and affordable transit solution for those getting around Philadelphia. PHLASH makes 20 stops to popular attractions from Penn’s Landing to Fairmount Park. PHLASH is the recipient of Trip Advisor’s 2017 Certificate of Excellence for the third consecutive year. PHLASH service is managed by the Independence Visitor Center Corporation (IVCC). Best part if you have a SEPTA Pass or a SEPTA Key, you ride for FREE all of the time!

SCHEDULE

PHLASH runs 10a – 6p with service every 15 minutes. No service will be provided on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

March 29 – April 29 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

May 1 – September 3 (Daily)

September 7 – November 18 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

November 23 – December 30 (Daily)

PHLASH makes 20 stops starting at Penn’s Landing all the way to the Please Touch Museum and Philadelphia Zoo. This year’s route now features a stop in front of the Franklin Institute at 20th and Race Streets as well as a new stop at 20th and Market Streets only 2 blocks from the Mutter Museum of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia.

PRICING & WHERE TO BUY

PHLASH passes are only $2 for a single ride and $5 for an all-day pass. Exact cash only can be used to purchase onboard. Passes are also available online at PhillyPHLASH.com and at any visitor center location.

PARK AND RIDE DISCOUNT

PHLASH passes may be used for discounted parking rates at five area Philadelphia Parking Authority parking garages. Present your PHLASH pass to the garage management office. The PHLASH Park and Ride Discount is valid to those who enter the garage after 9a and depart by 7p
