It's Pennsylvania Wine Month!

Did you know October is Pennsylvania Wine Month? Well, now you do! There are over 200 wineries and vineyards in the Keystone State, so celebrating is easy. In Philadelphia, restaurants and wine bars throughout the city are offering happy hours featuring some of the great wines PA has to offer. And the best part? You won’t even need to find a designated driver because SEPTA can give you a ride!
Tria: Glasses of PA wines will be available during happy hour (offered Monday-Thursday 4-7 pm) at Tria Rittenhouse. Each Sunday afternoon, Tria Rittenhouse and Tria Washington Square West will also feature a new winery with a guest winemaker present at one of the locations during their weekly Sunday School. To get to Tria Rittenhouse, take the Trolley to 19th Street, the Market-Frankford Line to 15th Street, or Bus Routes 17 or 33. To get to Tria Washington Square West, take Bus Route 45 - it drops you off right there!
Panorama: Panorama in Old City will be offering some limited-production PA Wines by the glass, bottle or in a tasting flight of 1.5 oz of each. It's so easy to get there on SEPTA. Take the Market-Frankford Line to 2nd Street Station or Bus Routes 17, 33, or 48.
Jet Wine Bar: At Jet Wine Bar, wines by the glass and wine flights from these PA wineries: Galen Glen, Stargazers, and Va La will be available. Get there on SEPTA -- take the Broad Street Line to Lombard-South.
Vintage Wine Bar & Bistro: Wines from Pennsylvania will be highlighted as Vintage Wine Bar's chalkboard features for PA Wine Month. They will have three PA wines, 1 white, 1 rosé, and 1 red. Their daily features will be posted on their Instagram. There are so many ways to get here on SEPTA. Take the Market-Frankford Line or Trolley to 13th Street, the Broad Street Line to City Hall, or Regional Rail to Jefferson Station.
Wine Garden at Collins Park: On Fridays from 4-9p, unwind with friends at the Wine Garden at Collins Parks. Conveniently located at 1707 Chestnut Street, the Wine Garden offers Chaddsford wines and hard cider in one of Center City’s most picturesque parks. Get here on SEPTA. Hop the Market-Frankford Line to 15th Street, the Broad Street Line to City Hall, or Bus Routes 4, 17, 21, 32, 33, 38, 42, 48.
