Got a Minecraft fan in your life? On 9/16 or 9/17, join PCCY for the First Annual Block by Block Party. This Minecraft-centered event will give kids 17 and under a fun, creative, and unique gaming opportunity. If you aren’t already aware, Minecraft is a Lego-style video game where players place blocks and go on adventures.
The event takes place at the University of Sciences located on 4300 Woodland Avenue on Saturday, 9/16 from 9:00a to 4:30p and on Sunday, 9/17 from 12:00p to 3:30p. Raising funds for hi-tech tools in Philly schools, tickets to the event are $35 each. SEPTA is the best way there! Trolley Routes 11, 13, or 36 all get you close to the University of Sciences. Hop any of these routes to Woodland Avenue & 43rd Street. (Just a 17 minute ride from Center City!) Plan your trip here.
