In case you missed it - going out this Spring with the kids is easier [and less expensive!] than ever! Last summer – SEPTA announced that children 11 and under ride free when accompanied by an adult. That – along with free transfers and the better weather – make a daytime trip in the coming weeks a must-do.
Now is the perfect time to head over to University City and check out the Penn Museum - open Tuesday thru Sunday from 10a to 5p. Safely globetrot through 10,000 years of history. Experience Ancient Egypt, Rome, Greece, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Mexico and Central America, and more!
And don't forget - you save $2 on admission when you flash your SEPTA Key card!
It couldn't be easier to get there on SEPTA: Hop Regional Rail to Penn Medicine Station [the museum is across the street!] or Routes 21, 30, 40, 42, or 49.
And remember– riding the bus, trolley and/or subway is 10X safer than driving. Regional Rail is 18X safer!
And when you ride - remember to keep your mask 😷 over your mouth and nose and stay socially distanced!
