SEPTA's Fiscal Year 2021 Annual Service Plan is a one-year plan that identifies new transit services or significant changes to existing services for the following fiscal year.
As part of the Annual Service Plan process, Public Open House Meetings are held prior to finalizing the Plan. Representatives of affected citizen groups, public agencies, elected officials and interested individuals are encouraged to attend. The purpose of these meetings is to receive input regarding items which are included in the Plan prior to the tariff and public hearing process. The date, times, and location of the meetings are as follows:
Wednesday, March 18, 2020
12:00 Noon to 1:30PM and 5:00PM to 6:30PM
SEPTA Headquarters - Third Floor Meeting Room
1234 Market Street
Philadelphia, PA 19107
There are no new route projects to be discussed at the Open House Meeting for inclusion in the Plan due to the analysis of the entire SEPTA Bus Network expected to begin during calendar 2020.
The final FY21 Annual Service Plan document will include an evaluation of service changes implemented as part of the FY 2019 and 2020 Annual Service Plans. The following projects are operating under Experimental Order authority and are proposed to be made permanent.
Routes 110, 111, 114 and 117: Changes in Middletown Township, Delaware County to reflect service routings on Baltimore Pike in the Granite Run area.
A draft of the proposed changes to SEPTA's Service Standards and Process will be posted to the SEPTA website for review prior to the Open House meetings.
