SEPTA Photo Caption Contest - Take 2

In July, we invited ISEPTAPHILLYers to submit a caption for SEPTA-themed photos we thought deserved one. Overwhelmed by your creativity and thoughtfulness, we decided to hold another caption contest for a picture we find particularly spectacular. We received 257 entries - all of which captured the essence of the photo. But - there can only be one winner and that winning caption came from  Ian P:
