Fire Prevention Week

For the 17th consecutive year, SEPTA and the Philadelphia Fire Department are teaming up to observe Fire Prevention Week. Join us Tuesday, 10/11 at 10:30a at Engine 8, Ladder 2 located at 4th & Arch Streets in Old City for the unveiling of the 2016 Fire Prevention Car Card that will appear in 2,000 SEPTA buses, trains and trolleys. The card, shown below, features SEPTA mascot Paws and Fire Department mascot Gentry and highlights smoking hazards. Fire Prevention messages will also be displayed on SEPTA bus digital displays throughout the week.
