New Regional Rail schedules go into effect Sunday, April 10, 2016. Schedules, service, and information is subject to change. Check this blog regularly for updates and new information.

What will be changing?

• For most Regional Rail Lines, Saturday & Sunday departure times for trains operating to/from Center City will be EARLIER than previously scheduled.

• Train destinations on some Lines will change and a majority of train numbers will change.

Look for posters at stations detailing specific changes for your line or check the printed timetable with the April 10, 2016 date at Center City Stations and Customer Service locations (available beginning the week of Monday, April 4, 2016). Airport Line - Airport Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Saturday & Sunday Service: Airport Line trains to Center City and Glenside will operate through service to Warminster and Chestnut Hill East stations (check schedule for specific train destinations). ALL trains will arrive/depart from Center City stations and Airport Terminals at the same times as previously scheduled.

Chestnut Hill East Line - Chestnut Hill East Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Weekday Service: Inbound (towards Center City) Train #7409 will now depart Chestnut Hill East at 5:45 a.m. (4 minutes EARLIER than previously scheduled). Outbound (towards Chestnut Hill East) Train #8764 will now depart 30th Street Station at 6:41 p.m. (2 minutes LATER).

Changes to Saturday & Sunday Service: Trains previously designated as Saturday ONLY or Sunday ONLY will now operate both days. Inbound (towards Center City) Service: ALL trains will operate 13 minutes EARLIER than previously scheduled, with the exception of Trains #7409 and #7413, which will operate 10 minutes LATER. Outbound (towards Chestnut Hill East): ALL trains will operate 10 minutes EARLIER (with the exception of Train #738, departs Suburban Station at 11:51 p.m., the same time as previously scheduled).

Chestnut Hill West Line - Chestnut Hill West Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Weekday Service: Most trains will operate between 1 and 2 minutes earlier or later (check schedule for specific train service information). Outbound (towards Chestnut Hill West) Train #833 will depart Temple University Station 3 minutes EARLIER.

Cynwyd Line - Cynwyd Line PDF Schedule

ALL trains will operate as previously scheduled

Fox Chase Line - Fox Chase Line PDF Schedule

ALL trains will operate as previously scheduled

Glenside Combined - Glenside Combined PDF Schedule

Changes to Weekday and Saturday & Sunday Service: Destination Changes: Some Weekday trains will operate through service to different destinations than previously scheduled. Customers should check the schedule for specific train destinations.

Lansdale/Doylestown Line - Lansdale/Doylestown Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Saturday & Sunday Service: Inbound (towards Center City) Service: ALL trains will operate 13 minutes EARLIER (with the exception of the first two trains; #5305 and #5307, which will operate 15 minutes EARLIER). Inbound (towards Center City) Destination Changes: ALL trains will operate through service to Elwyn Station (Media/Elwyn Line). Outbound (towards Doylestown) Service: ALL trains will depart Center City stations at the same time as previously scheduled, however; trains will arrive at Doylestown Station 4 minutes LATER than previously scheduled.

Manayunk/Norristown Line - Manayunk/Norristown Line PDF Schedule

ALL trains will depart at the same times as previously scheduled

Media/Elwyn Line - Media/Elwyn Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Saturday & Sunday Service: Inbound/Outbound Service: ALL trains to/from Center City will operate at different times than previously scheduled. Customers should check the timetables for specific train service information. New Early Morning Service: Train #306 will depart Elwyn Station at 5:46 a.m. New Late Night Service Departing Suburban Station: Customers now have three late night options for service to Elwyn Station; Train #5333 (departs at 9:33 p.m.), Train #5335 (departs at 10:33 p.m.), and Train #5339 (departs at 12:33 a.m.). Trains previously designated as Saturday ONLY or Sunday ONLY will now operate both days. Train Destination Changes: Inbound (towards Center City) trains will operate through service to Doylestown Station (Lansdale/Doylestown Line) with the exception of Train #306 (through service to West Trenton).

Paoli/Thorndale Line - Paoli/Thorndale Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Saturday & Sunday Service: MOST trains will operate EARLIER than previously scheduled. Customers should check the timetable for specific train service information. ALL trains will now service Malvern Station.

Trenton Line - Trenton Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Saturday & Sunday Service: Inbound (towards Center City) Train #9744 will now depart Trenton Transit Center at 1:57 a.m. (10 minutes LATER than previously scheduled).

Warminster Line - Warminster Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Saturday & Sunday Service: Outbound (towards Warminster) Train #468, departing University City Station at 10:57 p.m. will operate 30 minutes LATER.

West Trenton Line - West Trenton Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Saturday & Sunday Service: INBOUND (towards Center City) trains will operate 10 minutes LATER. Train Destination Change: ALL Inbound (towards Center City) trains will now operate continued service to Malvern Station (Paoli/Thorndale Line). Outbound (towards West Trenton) Service: Most trains will operate 5 minutes LATER (with exception of Train #306, departing 30th St. Station at 6:25 a.m., earlier than previously scheduled). Customers should check the schedule for specific train service information. University City Station Service: ALL trains will no longer make stops at University City Station

Wilmington/Newark Line - Wilmington/Newark Line PDF Schedule

Changes to Weekday Service | New PM Express Service to Center City: Train #2760 (departing Newark Station at 4:46 p.m.) will now operate Express service to Center City, with continuing service to Chestnut Hill East. Train #9294 (departing Newark Station at 5:46 p.m.) will operate Express service to Center City.
